Cllr Jo Brodrick, Harborough District Council’s portfolio holder for planning and regeneration, said: “This is a fantastic achievement for the winning businesses and for the council. Every year we nominate those projects we feel raise the bar to a new level and to win in two categories is very pleasing. Our congratulations go to ADM Surveyors Ltd and Davidsons Homes.
