The outcomes of items considered at Harborough District Council’s Full Council meeting on Monday 23 January 2017 are as follows:

Councillors agreed to appoint its External Auditor from 2018 through opting into a National Framework agreement. This will deliver economy of savings through a number of Councils tendering for Audit Services together and collective monitoring of quality and standards from the appointed Auditor
