Parking patrols to resume at improved car park
Published Wednesday 8 April 2015Enforcement at a newly improved car park in Market Harborough is set to be resumed.
Harborough District Council is set to resume patrols at the Fox Yard car park, next to The Symington Building, from 1st May 2015.
The car park has undergone improvements including resurfacing and re-lining. The number of disabled bays has also been increased from three to six.
Now the refurbishment work has been completed the council will be resuming enforcement patrols at the car park, but with an initial ‘grace period’.
During April, warning notices only will be issued to vehicles parking illegally advising of the offence and that from 1st May 2015 a parking ticket may be issued to vehicles that are not parked in accordance with parking regulations.
All parking tariffs are displayed on a sign at the car park.
