We can help your business save money
Published Monday 3 March 2014Free support is being offered to help businesses save energy - and money.
Harborough District Council is offering support to businesses in Harborough District to help save energy, money and carbon.
Free Green Deal assessments are being made available through a project funded by the Department of Energy and Climate Change. They will provide invaluable information on the financial and carbon benefits of investing in energy efficiency improvements, to enable you to calculate the return on investment and compare the options for funding improvements.
Assessments will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Reducing your energy use, cannot only save you money on your overhead costs, thus releasing funds for other activities and reducing the pressure on budgets. It can also reduce the impact of your business on the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions, which can contribute towards your corporate social responsibility and environmental accreditations.
With an increasing interest in the environmental and social costs of products and services, reducing your energy use is one easy step to improving your green credentials, whilst saving you money in the process.
If you are interested in booking an assessment, or want more information contact Helen Chadwick on 01858 821159, or email h.chadwick@harborough.gov.uk
