A round up of applications considered by Harborough District Council's Planning Committee on 14 January 2020

  • Plans for 72 new homes to be built on Harborough District Council-owned land in De Verdon Road, Lutterworth, have been DEFERRED. Planning Committee requested revised plans to come back to Committee, at a later date, for consideration to show an amended layout to include less dwellings and additional public open space provision.
     
  • Plans were APPROVED for the scale, appearance and landscaping of Phase One of Magna Park South which will include 4 storage and distribution buildings [Glebe Farm, Coventry Road, Lutterworth].
     
  • Plans were APPROVED for an operational transport plan to be implemented for vehicle movements at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground, near Lutterworth, that reflects the current transporter movements at the site.
