Councillor James Hallam said: “We really want residents and businesses to have their say on the budget proposals we are putting forward. Despite challenges from increased inflation, we have set out an ambitious programme of investment and growth to benefit residents across the district, as well as no rise to our council tax precept this year and we want to hear people’s views on that.”
