Private landlords sought to help home refugees
Published Wednesday 13 June 2018Harborough District Council is looking to work with private landlords to potentially provide another home to refugees fleeing war-torn conditions in Syria.
The council has already been able to house one family of refugees in the district through the government's refugee resettlement scheme. Through this scheme government funding is provided to assist with support and rehousing.
