Please be aware that choosing a named rose tree does not confer any rights regarding the use of land. Unlike purchasing a grave, there is no deed (ERB) in place to grant any user rights. Following the period of 10 years, the Council reserves the right to remove any plaques present and reuse the space.
The Council may also reuse the same space for scatterings within the 10 year tree maintenance period.
