Market Harborough Farmers Market

Visit Market Harborough’s Farmers Market on the Square on the first Thursday of each month and support your local makers, growers and producers of pies, cakes, cheese, meat, hot food, plants, flowers.

Job Fairs in Market Harborough and Lutterworth

We will be running two drop-in Job Fairs in the district offering advice on careers, employment and training.

Attendees can speak directly to employers, and – at our last event – nearly 50 on-the-spot job offers were made. They are open to everyone whether they are unemployed, employed, a graduate, school leaver or returning to work after time away.

In partnership with Jobcentre Plus, the events will take place at:

  • Friday 2 September, 11am-2pm – The Wycliffe Rooms, George Street, Lutterworth
  • Thursday 15 September, 11am-2pm – The Symington Building, Market Harborough - This event has been cancelled

Big Green Week

Big Green Week runs from Saturday 24 September to Sunday 2 October.

A wide range of events are planned including Big Green Saturday which takes place on Saturday 1 October on The Square and at the Old Grammar School in Market Harborough.
