Ordering household bins in Harborough District

Complete this form if you would like to exchange your existing household waste black bin, or blue-lidded recycled bin, or green-lidded garden waste for one of an alternative size.

Before you begin – please note:

• You will need to know what colour and size of bin you have / want to order. Please review the size options below.
• If you request a XL black bin you will be asked to verify that you qualify for one (have 5 or more household members living full time at your property).
• If you would like to exchange your green, garden waste bin you will need your current garden waste subscription reference number.
• Please make a note of the new reference number you receive once you have submitted the form. We aim for our contractor to exchange your bin within seven working days - this can sometimes be longer during busier periods. Please present your bin immediately at the usual presentation point ready for it to be exchanged by the contractors. Please ensure that the bin is easily accessible and clearly visible from the public highway.
