Ordering household bins in Harborough District

If you would like to return a domestic wheeled bin to the Council from your property you can use this form to request a collection. There is a charge for this service - you can view the current cost on our fees and charges webpage.

Before you begin – please note:

• You will need to know what colour and size of bin you want to return.
• Once you have completed the form, made a payment and made a note of the reference number, we aim for our contractor to remove your unwanted bin within seven working days - this can sometimes be longer during busier periods. Please present your bin immediately at the usual presentation point ready for collection by the contractors. Please ensure that the bin is easily accessible and clearly visible from the public highway.
