- Register for the Environment Agency's Floodline Warnings Direct - a free service that provides flood warnings direct to you by telephone, mobile, email, SMS text message.

Leicestershire County Council
Leicestershire County Council is responsible for keeping local roads free of flood water. To report flooding by water from a highway or blocked drains, gullies in roads or pavements, please contact:

Anglian Water and Severn Trent
To report a foul water sewer that is blocked or overflowing, contact Anglian Water or Serven Trent (depending on the area).

Environment Agency
To report an environmental incident currently taking place, such as flooding from main rivers or the sea, collapsed or badly damaged river banks, main rivers blocked by a vehicle or fallen tree causing risk of flooding or pollution, please contact:
