Opening times and emergency out of hours

Opening times

Our Customer Contact Centre is open on:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8.45am to 5.00pm
Wednesday from 9:30am to 5.00pm
The offices will be closed on Bank Holidays

Emergency out of hours

Contact number outside office hours is 01858 828282

after the announcement it will ask you to hold-on the call and
you will be automatically transferred to our out of hours service.

Unfortunately, anyone dropping-in to the council offices without an appointment will not be seen, unless they need urgent help or support, such as homelessness, facing eviction etc.
