Lettings Data 2023
The Council operates a Choice Based Lettings system called Harborough Homesearch.
Eligible housing applicants may express an interest on available properties advertised by our Housing Association partners.
Each applicant is placed in a band:
- Band 1: the highest
- Band 4: the lowest
The table below shows the average waiting time by banding for different sizes of property for 2023. This information is provided to help housing applicants in making decisions about their housing options.
Note: There were no 5 bedroom houses.
