Overview

The Code of Practice for Local Authorities on Data Transparency, issued by the Department for Communities and Local Government, required local authorities to publish contract and tender documents.

The information on this page should complement the Invoices over £500 spending information.

Contracts Register

The Contracts Register is a record of the contracts we hold with a value of £5,000 or more. Details of the register can be found within our procurement portal, Proactis.

Tender Opportunities

Details of the current tendering opportunities are published on:

• Contracts finder - GOV.UK

Higher value contracts (usually those above £189,000 for goods/services and above £4.7m for works) are also published on the government's Find a Tender service.

Clicking on the link above to the Proactis homepage will take you to information on how to do this and will also give you details on getting help and support from Proactis if you need it.
