The Leicestershire and Leicester City Level 1 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment provides the latest up-to-date analysis of flood risk from rivers, surface water and groundwater. It provides the policy background for assessing development sites. It is the update on the Harborough Level 1 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment from 2008 and includes new modelling of flooding on the Welland and Swift.
