The scoping consultation was the first stage in preparing the new Local Plan for Harborough. Its aim was to gather the views of interested parties on the proposed contents of the new Local Plan. These views were used to finalise the scope of the Plan and to inform the identification of any further evidence requirements. The scoping consultation took place between 18 March and 28 April 2013. |
