The Development Management Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) provides additional guidance to assist with the interpretation and implementation of Harborough Local Plan policies. This SPD will be taken into account as a material consideration when appropriate as the Council makes decisions on planning applications. 

A separate Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document was approved by the Council in September 2016 following consultation on a draft document in 2015. This document provides guidance on the consideration, making and monitoring of planning obligations
