Our policies, plans and strategies - Community Facilities Assessment (2010)

Harborough District Council appointed Roger Tym & Partners to carry out an assessment of local community facilities. This provided evidence to support     requests for Section 106 planning obligations for contributions to the provision of improved local community facilities arising from applications for additional residential

development. The Assessment was required due to the increased scrutiny of contributions following new legislation and Planning Inquiry decisions. This document has now been superseded by the Community Infrastructure Assessment 2017.
