Our approach to securing Section 106 obligations is contained in the Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document published in January 2017. The Supplementary Planning Document was approved in September 2016 following consultation on a draft document in 2015. It provides guidance on the consideration, making and monitoring of planning obligations.
