Harborough District Council carried out a headstone survey for safety reasons in line with Ministry of Justice guidelines.

The church yards and cemeteries surveyed include:

• Husbands Bosworth church yard
• Swinford church yard
• Catthorpe church yard
• Bitteswell churchyard
• Claybrooke Parva churchyard
• Leire church yard
• Northampton Road, Market Harborough cemetery
