You must register both yourself and your premises if you want to offer:

  • Tattooing
  • Semi-permanent skin colouring
  • Cosmetic piercing
  • Electrolysis
  • Acupuncture

Byelaws for skin piercing activities

Anyone undertaking the skin piercing activities detailed above within Harborough district, must adhere to and comply with the above byelaws.
