Registration for small lotteries and raffles
All non-commercial societies that want to hold small lotteries or raffles must have a registration to do so.
To qualify for a small society lottery Registration applicants must:
- Be from a non-commercial society
- Hold a lottery or raffle with proceeds less than £20,000
Apply for a Registration
Apply for a small society lottery licence (DOC, 128KB).
The fee for a small society lottery licence is £40.
Completed forms should be returned to the Regulatory Services and Licensing Team, email licensing@harborough.gov.uk or post to the Regulatory Services and Licensing Team.
Your application will be dealt with within 10 working days.
Renew a Registration
Renew a small society lottery licence (DOC, 84KB).
The fee for the renewal of a small society lottery licence is £20.
Form of Return
The form of return must be returned within 3 months of any draw/raffle
