Tell us if you change your address

If you are moving within the Harborough District Council, then we will look to keep your existing account reference. We will close your old address and send you a bill for anything you still owe. If you have overpaid, we will transfer the credit to your new address. 

If you are currently paying by direct debit, this will be transferred over to the new address.
